squats: 153 [may regret that when I’m walking to work through the snow tomorrow, but oh well. no pain no gain]

AM workout: 30 mins

PM workout: 120 min

boondock saints and darth vader posters finally on the wall

bar stools put together properly

relatively productive day

but that doesn’t change how shitty i feel
